    Design of welding fixture for rectangular frame

    This project is to design and a welding fixture for rectangular frame. Rectangular frame is widely used as a frame in windows, tables, stands and many more places. Our project deals with the minimization of effort. It is to join work pieces comprises locating and clamping elements used in other fixtures. However effects of heat and presence of welding spatter must be taken into account that is not usually found in other fixtures.
