Item Case study of solid waste management of mumbra city(AIKTC, 2020-05) Nalband, Irfan; Qadri, Yahya Sajjad (16CE34); Mohammed, Tabrez Irfan (16CE27); Saud, Malik (16CE24); Shaikh, Aabid (16CE38)Municipal solid waste (MSW) has become a serious environmental problem in major cities all over world. The problem of solid waste also influencing the urban environmental of mumbra city. Therefore, the present study was under taken to enlist the causes of solid waste generation and possibilities of associated problem. The study was mainly concentrated to investigate the present status of municipal solid waste management system (MSWM) in mumbra city. In order to carry out the study detailed survey was carried out on existing facilities of solid waste management (SWM) such as man power resources and management system. A detailed study comprising the methods of practices associated with generated quantity of waste. Collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of (MSW) in mumbra city was conducted. The relevant data was obtained from mumbra municipal corporation and individual field visit. The study reveals that are several lacunas in existing solid waste management system in mumbra city on the basis of municipal solid waste (management and handling rules 2000). Keywords:-municipal solid waste, municipal solid waste (management and handling) rules 2000.Item Solid waste management of Badlapur(AIKTC, 2020-05) Nalband, Irfan; Kharbe, Zeeshan Bilal (16CE19); Khan, Zaki Alam (16CE18); Khan, Adil Shakil Ahmed (16CE05)Municipal solid waste (MSW) has become a serious environmental problem in major cites all over world. The gap between water demand and current water supply is increasing day by day. Proper sanitation, especially decentralized approach, can solve the matter of water system and wastewater management by reuse of greywater. Typically, from an institution, greywater (GW) flow is around 65 % of the total wastewater flow. The light greywater accounts for about 50% of the total GW. Therefore, GW has a high potential for recycling and reuse. The aim of this project is to show the current state of the art in GW treatment and to determine the further scope of research. Treatment systems with different treatment processes are discussed in detail with regard to the efficiency of pollutant removal, sewage concentrations and standards for reuse. Treated greywater can be used for non-potable purposes such as irrigation, toilet flushing, car washing and dust control as well as for recharging aquifers.Item Use of solar energy using solar panel in residential building(AIKTC, 2021-05) Nalband, Irfan; Shaikh, Abdul Junaid habibulla (16CE39); Khan, Jainulabdeen Nooruddin (16CE16); Jagdale, Aniket Appasaheb (16CE14); Parkar, Fahad abdulmajid (16CE31)Energy resources can categorize as renewable energy resources and non-renewable energy resources Due to some harmful environmental impacts such as air pollution, climate changes, and natural resources decay, people are focused on using renewable energy resources to generate energy.Solar energy is one of the widely discussing renewable energy resources.Improvements should be made in the solar energy field to fulfill the global energy demands and increase energy efficiency . The electricity cannot generate at night is a massive weakness of the traditional solar cell. In this study mainly focus on solar energy and discuss innovation , improvements, and future view of solar energy technologies . The change in global climate is one of the significant environmental concerns of our time The only way to overcome or to reduce the disaster is to cut down the level of greenhouse gases . Many different measures have adopted worldwide to limit the greenhouse gas emission and thus to reduce the harm to the environment .Many developing countries has put various initiatives to stabilize the carbon dioxide emissions to a sustainable level.Solar is profitable and operational most viable renewable energy resources and one of the largest power sources in terms of renewable energy sector By this project we are going to tell all important aspects of solar energy and especially solar panel by showing its benefits use, cost, area required, and all the detail review about solar panel its type its setup how it works and the real case study of a plan or site visit by all this renewable resource we can save or protect our environmental issue by simple and viable techniques also save much cost and for a longer period of time by investing once. Keywords: solar energy, solar panel ,Renewable resource.
