    In today’s digital era, school certificates such as SSC marksheets are widely used for admissions and job applications, but verifying their authenticity remains a challenge. Traditional verification methods are often manual, time-consuming, and prone to forgery. To address this issue, this project presents SmartCert: AI and Blockchain-Based Certificate Verification System, focused on secure verification of SSC certificates. The system uses Blockchain technology to store certificate data in a tamper-proof and decentralized manner, ensuring that once the data is recorded, it cannot be altered. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence is used to identify irregular patterns and help detect possible fake certificates. A simple and user-friendly interface allows authorities to upload SSC certificate data and users to verify it quickly and securely. Overall, the system provides a faster, more reliable, and secure method for SSC certificate verification, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of fraud
