My sincere thanks to Mrs. Shubhangi M Vedak, Librarian, Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College, Ghatkopar and Management of the Jhunjhunwala College for inviting me as resource person at 9th Annual One Week Training Program for the Library Support Staff – Changing Academic Library Scene : Upgrading the skills of Library Support” on 23rd to 30th December 2017. It is my honour that had an interaction with “Real Architecture of the Library”, actually they are spine of any library. Why am calling them as Real Architecture of the Library because · Know the Collections · Know the Users · Know the Shelving · Know all Library Operations. There are two main constituents of Library, Collections and Users in between this Support Staff (Real Architecture of Library) play a significant role that’s why they are considered as mainstay of the Library.
