Structure-baseddrugdesignandligand-baseddrugdesign aretwomethodscommonlyusedincomputer-aideddrugdesign.Inthisarticle,wediscussthe theorybehindbothmethods,aswellas theirsuccessfulapplicationsandlimitations.
