The system will mark and record the attendance in any environment. This paper introduces face detection method using the Voila and Jones algorithm and recognition using correlation technique. The system will record the attendance of the students in class room environment. The above system is fully automated and easily deployable. The movement of the quadcopter base on the movement of the user hand gesture. The first step is to designing quadcopter with electronic components which will give us accurate flight characteristic.This system based on android technology are designed for trying to control the quadcopter by hand gesture. This paper presents movement of quadcopter based system on hand gesture which will help user who don’t know how to control the copter using remote controller. Quadcopter is basically a drone which is a form of the helicopters. Copter will move in several direction on the basis of user instruction. We implemented face detection for the authentication purpose so that unauthorized user could not access the drone. Drone will not move from its original position until any command is given with hand gesture. This system based on Android technology and designed for trying to solve the impossible situation that afflicts the blind people. This paper presents camera based system which will help blind person for reading text patterns printed on documents. This is the framework to assist visually impaired persons to read text patterns and convert it into the audio output. To obtain the object from the background and extract the text pattern from that object, the system first proposes the method that will capture the image from the camera and object region is detected.The text patterns are localized and binarized using Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The recognized text is converted to an audio output. Therefore, this project deals with analysis of detection and recognition of different text patterns on different documents. To help the blind people the visual world has to be transformed into the audio world with the potential to inform them about objects.The inability to identify people during group meetings is a disadvantage for blind people in many professional and educational situations. To explore the efficiency of face recognition using smartphones in these settings, we have prototyped and tested a face recognition tool for blind users. The tool utilizes Smartphone technology in conjunction with a wireless network to provide audio feedback of the people in front of the blind user. The information or the documents of the candidates or students are manipulated in such a way that it provides an alliance with the system to balance the student’s information. The organizations such as big universities make use of or recycle the records of the students very effectively and efficiently. All the data available in the form of digital documents which are updated, modernize and renovated time to time by the department or the administration, which in this case is the faculties and the higher authorities in an organization, are most likely to be treated as sensitive data for every section. The college details as well as the student’s details along with the course and batch details followed by curriculum and placement details and more importantly academic-related records and reports with all the necessary resources are taken care of or handheld by the (SIS) Student Information System. The Student information system allows us to examine and analysed all the interest, affairs and transactions in the college, Different ambiguity and uncertainties can be produced and established on various substitute or preferences related to the student’s semester including the courses and the examination.
