Item Design of ADC using CMOS for wireless communication(AIKTC, 2017-05) Khan, Zarrar; Ashrafi, Mujassam (14DET73); Khan, Faraz (14DET82); Qureshi, Sarfaraz (14DET101); Thakur, Shehzad (14DET125)In the current technical era, the technology advancement leads most of the applications demanding for a reduction in the whole size of the system in terms of its space occupied in any device. Mobile applications are one of the apt scenarios for this category. Apart from the size reductions due to the technology advancement, it also calls in for the reduction in the power consumption. The Data Converters section, besides being very power hungry, it is also usually extremely power hungry in comparison with the other blocks of any architecture and that’s why low power has also become a tough requirement in most of the systems. The total power consumption of the system being maintained in a low figure has almost become a mandatory specification in many applications. The SAR Analog to Digital Converter architecture is chosen in this master thesis project, as it is one of the very successful moderate resolution achievable converter system present among all the data converter architectures. The schematic model of the entire system is implemented in Cadence system in order to fulfil the technical requirements of the project. The SAR architecture is implemented in Cadence 180 nm technology and the power supply used is 2.5 volts. A differential configuration of the whole system is thoroughly studied and an equivalent single ended system is also studied, implemented and measured in this project. The differential architecture is studied in this project to learn the merits behind the differential architecture, which basically avoid the linearity and offset errors raised in the single ended architecture. The resolution for which the system is designed is 10 bits.Item Design of autmobile air conditioning automatic detection system using PLC(AIKTC, 2020-05) Khan, Zarrar; Patel, Danish (15DET113); Shaikh, Mohd Taukir (15DET126); Shaikh, Hussain (16DET124); Siddiqui, Mohd Sadarealam (16DET101)The detection equipment is responsible for the quality monitoring task in the process of industrial production and maintenance, and determines the quality of the product. In this paper, automobile air conditioning automatic detection system is designed on the background of automobile air conditioning detection. First of all, this paper introduces the theoretical basis of the detection of automobile air conditioning system, and puts forward the detection scheme of automobile air conditioning system. Finally, the controller of automobile air conditioning automatic detection system is designed by using PLC. The hardware circuit and software program of the control system were designed, and debugged on the platform of the automobile air conditioning automatic detection system. The system runs normally and achieves the expected design goal.Item Indoor position tracking and detection system(AIKTC, 2016-05) Khan, Zarrar; Syed, Mohd. Mufazzal Hussein (13ET63); Shaikh, Zainul (13ET71); Farid, Jibran (13ET70); Waja, AAraf (13ET68)This project serves the need to automatically identify and track the location of objects and people in usually within a building or other contained area. The development and implementation of the Accelerometer Sensors are playing the key role in this indoor tracking system, and the results obtained will be displayed on the monitor using a suitable Graphical User Interface. This project is an alternative to GPS and is able to measure the position of the person inside a building. With this scheme, the accuracy of positioning can be dramatically improved, especially in offices and closed areas. Preliminary results show that this idea is feasible. System designs must take into account that at least three independent measurements are needed to unambiguously find a location. For smoothing to compensate for stochastic (unpredictable) errors there must be a sound method for reducing the error budget significantly.Item Low power high speed operational amplifier design using cadence(AIKTC, 2020-05) Khan, Zarrar; Gupta, Rampravesh (16ET16); Ansari, Abdul karim (16ET08); Faki, Nihal (16ET14); Garje, Sandip (16DET83)This paper presents a new approach to design 0f low power high speed operational Amplifier. The amplifying cell consist of two parts, differential amplifier and common source Amplifier. We are design a two stage CMOS operational amplifier which operate at 1.8Vpower supply and whose input is dependent on bias current. The supply voltage has been scaled down in order to reduced the overall power consumption of the system. The main aim of our work is to increase the slew rate of the op-amp without decreasing the gain of the amplifier. At large supply voltage, there is a trade-off among speed, power, GBW and gain but this op-amp has very low power consumption with a high driving capacity. The op-amp provide a gain pf 60dB and bandwidth of 30Mhz and 2pf load capacitor and output slew rate is 20V/μs. Keywords:-Slew rate, GBW, PM, gain and bandwidth.Item Model design for educational administration safety(AIKTC, 2018-05) Khan, Zarrar; Ahmed, Raza (14ET22); Shaikh, Shaziya (14ET09)This project focuses on the problem that is seen in all college premises .As we all know that initialization of any lecture does not occur on time. Impunctuality is seen over the timetable management system .As per analysis the main reason behind this project is irregularity in management system which has caused wastage of time. This setup help us to avoid wastage of time and maintain punctuality over the management system .Timely management of lectures and preventing lossage of time is the main motive of this innovation. Creating co-ordination and implementing uniformity are the important principles of this idea. This project ensures that all lectures are timely conducted which is must. It provides all the information on nger tips and help in saving time and provide better monitoring. For providing co-ordination between students and institute and also schedule of college we are creating this innovation. With students in our project we are displaying the timetable of every class of our department which will be displayed at the administration o ce. ivItem Software based medical assistance and hospital database management(AIKTC, 2017-05) Khan, Zarrar; Mulla, Sharique (14DET54); Pathan, Arzan (14DET55); Qureshi, Ubaid (14DET56); Shaikh, Md. Tauqeer (14DET59Identifying a particular type of disease within exact and particular amount of time is extremely crucial for doctors and casualties both. The hurry is not only till detecting the disease but it turns up to be never ending thing as complex treatment methods with 1.8 million casualties only in India creates a havoc for doctors, patients and for complete treatment mechanism. Hence, it is important to have a system, which carry complete data in systematic manner for doctors, patients and even for nurse perspective. This project consists of data analysis software, which will provide an ease to doctors as it helps to detect what type of disease it is and moreover it helps to estimate the severity of any particular disease. Patients themselves will get the complete sample history of previously affected patients on the other hand nurses will not only rely on files for knowing the history and next required steps for current casualties.
