Item 3D Printer(AIKTC, 2019-05) Khan, Zarrar Ahmed; Shaikh, Sohel Nazir (16DET129)]; Bagwan, Sohail Ahmed (16DET79)]; Khan, Taufique Md. Rafique [(16DET93); Nalband, Muzammil Gulab (16DET108)The inspiration for this project comes from the fact that 3D printer are really innovative and revolutionary idea but along with that they are very costly, one cannot afford the 3D printer just for fun or to use at home just to create ideas into reality. This high cost limits the imagination of the ordinary people. The high quality 3D printers comes at a range of 65000- 140000 rupees. It all starts with imagination of the object we want to create. One can create a affordable 3D printer by using equipment in their surrounding or probably at home. The technology of 3D printing can be used to create imagination into reality, parts of the machinery of equipment which are not available in the market, prototypes of new ideas and most importantly for fun. Due to the price it's access to world is very limited but through this project there will be an increase in the access of 3D printers. Obviously this isn't going to be fancy but it will show the basics of how the 3D printer works. If we can imagine it, we can also create it. The only limit is our imagination. Want a toy for kids! print it out. Want a container! do it in no time.Item Advance driver assistance system(AIKTC, 2015-12) Shaikh, Afzal; Kazi, Emad; Patel, Arsalan; Salunkhe, Abhijeet (11ET45); Khedekar, MustakimIn the current scenario, the world is plagued by accidents which are primarily due to human errors in judgment and hence thousands of lives are lost. In order to make roads safer, cleaner and smarter, sensor and communication technologies are increasingly considered in research, standardization and development. While today‘s vehicles are already able to sense the surrounding environment, we expect that future cars will communicate with a roadside communication infrastructure and with each other. Connected vehicles create a fundamental building block of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and can provide numerous application services to improve safety and comfort of driving. These accidents can be avoided if only if there was a mechanism to alert the drivers of approaching danger. This can be done by monitoring the distance between nearby cars and alerting the driver whenever the distance becomes too short. Vehicle-to-vehicle communication can prevent crashes. Smarter cars that talk to one another are the next step in auto safety. Wireless, vehicle-to-vehicle communication systems warn you of potential hazards. This is prime aim of our topic. In this topic, we propose the use of Bluetooth & Ultra Sonic Motion Sensor Technology by which we can check the speed of the car whenever it comes dangerously close to any other vehicle up front, thereby saving many lives.Item Advanced Level Campus Networking Designing on GNS3 or CISCO Packet Tracer(AIKTC, 2021-05) Tamboli, Mujib; Adhikari, Niha Zubair (17ET01); Mamgai, Hemant Mohanchandra (17ET26); Maniyar, Sohail Ibrahim (17ET27); Mevekari, Ameen Bashir (16ET21)The development of computer network for CAN has become most significant issues in our day to day life . Sohail J [15NET47]; Khan, Akbar Faruq [16DET59]; Azar, Majid Rashid [16DET53]; Khan, Shakib Sufeel [15ET31]Item Analysis of MIMO-OFDM system for estimation of ber in a WGN channel(AIKTC, 2017-05) Tamboli, Mujib; Dakhani, Jasmine (13ET02); Kawwal, Ismail (13ET03); Pathan, Aiman (13ET05)Signal deterioration in a communication channel is mainly due to Multipath Fading. MIMO help for the best quality of signal and OFDM for attaining lower bandwidth. Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems use more than one antenna at both ends of the communication link. Over the past decade, the use of MIMO system has rapidly gained popularity due to its enhanced performance capabilities of improved Reliability, Spatial Diversity Gain and Spatial Multiplexing Gain. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the best digital modulation schemes, where signal is divided into number of narrow band signals to obtain spectrum efficiency and minimizing the Inter Symbol Interference (ISI). Thus, combining MIMO and OFDM technologies will improve spectral efficiency, Link reliability, spectral gain and data rate. The main aim of MIMO-OFDM systems is to combine OFDM technology with the techniques of MIMO systems. The growing demand of multimedia services and the growth of Internet related contents lead to increasing interest to high speed communications. OFDM is a type of multichannel modulation that divides a given channel into many parallel sub channels or subcarriers, so that multiple symbols are sent in parallel.Item Analysis of performance of VOIP over various scenarios(AIKTC, 2015-05) Tamboli, Mujib; Ligade, Priyanka (11ET03); Thevar, Shruthi (11ET06); Abdul Qaiyum, Mohammed Ishaq (11ET35); Chougule, Mubeen (12ET67)Voice over IP (VOIP) uses the Internet Protocol (IP) to transmit voice as packets over an IP network. So VOIP can be achieved on any data network that uses IP, like Internet, Intranets and Local Area Networks (LAN). Here the voice signal is digitized, compressed and converted to IP packets and then transmitted over the IP network. Signaling protocols are used to set up and tear down calls, carry information required to locate users and negotiate capabilities. VoIP is an advanced technology that has a great potential to develop new telecommunication with much lower cost and better QoS. In our project, we shall analyze the performance of VoIP over digital communication on popular application such as Skype and msn. Parameters of interest are the quality of service, the Mean Opinion Score, packet loss ratio and jitter. We also plan to examine the delays and distortion issues that VoIP might have while increasing the traffic load and generate a more realistic topology by adding extra models to the system and evaluate the impact to the overall QoS.Item Analysis of soil using microstrip patch antenna as a sensor(AIKTC, 2018-05) Khadase, Rahul; Ansari, Saddam T. (14ET18); Momin, Mohd. Asif (14ET30); Shaikh, Arbaz (14ET37)This paper proposes a four-shaped MSPA which can be used for the analysis of soil fertility. The proposed antenna has a resonant frequency of 1.5GHz with S11-22dB. It has been designed with FR4 epoxy having dielectric constant 4.4(the soil will act as superstrate). The resonant frequency is inversely proportional to the dielectric constant. It has been noticed that as the percentage of fertilizer in the soil increases, its Fr decreases hence, its dielectric constant increases. Thus, the resonant frequency of the MSA will change if there is any change in the fertility of soil. This device is cheap and small in size and can be easily used.Item Animal detection and classification(AIKTC, 2022-05) Athavani, Shahin; Khan, Amaan Ahmad (18ET09); Shaikh, Afridi Anwar Ali (18ET39); Shaikh, Saif Hisamuddin (18ET45)According to UN report on biodiversity which says that there are 1 million species are at risk of extinction. Wasim (15DET67); Ansari, Mohd. Faizan (15DET53)Sun is an abundant source of energy and this solar energy can be harnessed successfully using solar photovoltaic cells and photovoltaic e ect to convert solar energy into electri- cal energy. But the conversion e ciency of a normal PV cell is low. One of the main reason for this is that the output of PV cell is dependent directly on the light intensity and with the position of the sun in the sky changing continuously from time to time; the absorption e ciency of an immobile solar panel would be signi cantly less at certain time of the day and year; for the solar photovoltaic cells are maximum productive when they are perpendicular to the sun and less productive otherwise. So to maximize the energy generation and improve the e ciency; solar trackers come into play. This paper presents the design and construction of an inexpensive active solar tracking system for tracking the movement of the sun so as to get maximum power from the solar panels as they follow the sun. It uses Light Dependent Resistors to sense the position of the sun which is communicated to a Arduino Uno microcontroller which then commands a set of two servo- motors to re-orient the panel in order to stay perpendicular to the sun rays. The design was constructed successfully and tested using Lab View to determine the improve- ments in e ciency. Evaluation results show that the new system performs 13.4percent better than the immobile solar PV system. Solar energy with solar tracking, will become possible to generate more energy since the solar panel depend on sun.Light Dependent Resistor(LDRs) are used for sunlight detection. To solve the electricity problem we uses solar and battery to save power which provide the user the availability of electricity. Here we are focusing on less power consumption and more performance device.Item Artificial intelligence based holograph(AIKTC, 2019-05) Khan, Zarrar Ahmed; Khan, Abir Akhalak (16DET58); Mulla, Hannan (16DET106); Shaikh, Owesh (15ET44); Padarwala, Faheem (15ET37)A 3D Holograph display projects an image from a monitor down towards on an acrylic pyramid, which then creates a 3D effect. In AI based holographic display we are introducing a chat bot which will help us to interact with humans.A 3D holographic displays will be capable of displaying footage of internal organs and structures generated from MRI, CT, PET, or ultrasound data sets. Users will have the ability to enlarge, isolate, rotate, and pan through image volumes in real-time as dynamic features, such as beating hearts or inflating lungs, are visualized. We are also imposing a technology called augmented reality in our holograph which will superimpose a computer generated image on a user’s view of the real world, thus providing a composite 3D view on a display. The problem in single side display is that we are not able to see all the view of the 3D object simultaneously. So 3D holographic display will projects a 3D view of an image in a more explanatory manner, and AI will help user to interact with machine. User will have a 3D gaming Experience on Holograph.Item Artificial intelligence chat bot(AIKTC, 2019-05) Chaya, S; Kaskar, ,Shifa (15ET01); Ubare, Khadija (15ET11); Shaikh, Lubna (15ET08); Khan, Nabila (15ET02)This report presents the design and development of a chatbot based on artificial intelligence. Our ancient people completely depended on the agricultural harvesting. Agriculture is a source of livelihood of majority Indians and has great impact on the economy of the country. In dry areas or in case of inadequate rainfall, irrigation becomes difficult. So, it needs to be automated for proper yield and handled remotely for farmer safety. Increasing energy costs and decreasing water supplies point out the need for better water management. Irrigation management is a complex decision making process to determine when and how much water to apply to a growing crop to meet specific management objectives. If the farmer is far From the agricultural land he will not be noticed of current conditions. So, efficient water management plays an important role in the irrigated agricultural cropping systems. A low cost alternative solution for efficient water management currently in use is drip irrigation systems that consist of an automated controller to turn on & off the control values, which in turn helps the farmers by managing the water supply to the crop fields and further maintains the moisture levels of soil that helps in better crop production. This project probes into the design of the automated irrigation system based on Arduino. This Embedded project is to design and develop a low cost feature which is based on embedded platform for water irrigation system. This project uses temperature and soil moisture sensors to detect the water quantity present in agriculture. The project uses Arduino micro controller which is controller to process the information. The aim of the implementation was to demonstrate that the automatic irrigation can be used to reduce water use.Item Automated blood cells segmentation and counting(AIKTC, 2015-05) Chaya, Ravindra; Siddique, Sufiyan; Haidery, Waqar; Shaikh, Waqas; Sayyed, Mohammed RizwanBlood cell segmentation and identification are centered on the pre-processing of the image, segmentation of the Regions of Interest (ROI) and identification or classification of the cells. Recent studies have suggested different method for segmentation and identification of blood cells. Counting of blood cells (rbc or wbc) in blood cell images is very important to detect as well as to follow the process of treatment of many diseases like anaemia, leukaemia, lung nodule etc. However, locating, identifying and counting of blood cells manually are tedious and time consuming that could be simplified by means of automatic analysis, in which segmentation is a crucial step. We present an approach to automatic segmentation and counting of blood cells in microscopic blood cell images using Hough Transform. Morphological is a very powerful tool in image processing, and it is been used to segment and extract the blood cells (rbc or wbc) from the background and other cells. The algorithm used features such as shape of desired blood cells for counting process. The result presented here is based on images with normal blood cells. The process is initiated by image acquisition and image enhancement process. Noise removal from the blood smear image is the first step. This removes the unwanted pixels from the image. Further the edges are preserved and binarization of the image is performed, separating the region of interest from the background. Further the edges are preserved and binarization of the image is performed. Then the task is to differentiate red blood cells from the various other components in the blood by the segmentation process. Morphological operations are applied on the blood image followed by RBC counting using Hough transform which is an efficient image segmentation technique. The primary goal of the proposed system is to detect and count all the RBC including the overlapping ones in the blood smear image.Item Automatic segregation and supervision of waste material using Industrial control devices(AIKTC, 2020-05) Fakih, Awab; Khan, Salman (17DET46); Shaikh, Faraz (17DET62); Khan, Athar (17DET43); Ansari, Afwan (17DET40)Lifestyle has become the biggest leisure of today’s world and with growing lifestyle and ways of Living the amount of waste generated also goes high.To overcome today’s mans needs var- ious echnology and industrial setups have been made up.These industrial setups release huge amount of waste.Homes and other man habits also have equal contribution in increasing the waste content in this world. Now the question arises that what should be done for this?should it just be dumped somewhere or used again?as we know there is no waste that can be used again, once already usedItem Automation of drawbridge using PLC(AIKTC, 2019-05) Kotiyal, Bandanawaz; Ansari, Muzammil Mohd. Amin (16DET74); Solkar, Akil Zikriya (16DET132); Qureshi, Anas Amin (16DET112); Phansopkar, Muzammil Maswood [(16DET111)An automatic or movable bridge is a special type of bridge that allow passage (usually) for boats or large ships. In this project bridge is fully automated by using PLC. The main objective of this project is to allow passage to huge gigantic cargo ships on the canals or lagoons because for them bridge can’t be built because of their shape and size. The idea is to automate the process of ship detection, opening or closing of a bridge, controlling the signals. The purpose of the research is to replace the manual system which is currently used. The ABB PLC is used to mechanize the system. Sensors such as Proximity are used to provide input to the system. And motor such as DC motor serves as an output. Ladder diagram as a programming language is used to control the whole system between the input and output. With the help of IR sensor and Proximity sensor the arrival and leaving of the system is Monitored and bridge is operated accordingly.Item Cloud based vehicle pollution detection and monitoring system(AIKTC, 2020-05) Kotiyal, Bandanawaz; Rakhange, Musaddik (17DET56); Kazi, Hamdan Javid (17DET42); Khan, Sana Parveen (16ET04); Khan, Shahbaz (16ET20)IOT(Internet of thing). It is a system of interrelated computing Devices, objects, animals or people to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. Whenever we think of IOT systems, the most important and efficient application that stands out is smart home, ranking the highest IOT appication. Other application are smart cities, smart grids, connected cars etc. In our project we are concerned about health problem due to polllution. Pollution that is being caused due to vehicles. Thus we are trying to keep an eye on pollutant emitted by vehicle which is sensed using carbonmonooxide gas sensor. This sensor data is stored in database using Thingspeak server. If pollutant level goes above the predefined threshold level which is set in thingspeak then an alert will be send to the number which is feed in the twilio. Twilio is used for sending sms.Through this project we are aiming for better health of human being by reducing air pollution. It also helps for the better environment of the world.Item CNG/LPG gas accident prevention with GSM alert(AIKTC, 2017-05) Pathan, Siraj; Khan, Abdul (14DET68); Khan, Bilal (14DET81)Gas leakage is a major problem with industrial sector, residential premises and gas powered vehicles like CNG (compressed natural gas) buses, cars. One of the preventive methods to stop accident associated with the gas leakage is to install gas leakage detection kit at vulnerable places. The aim of this project is to present such a design that can automatically detect and stop gas leakage in vulnerable premises. In particular gas sensor has been used which has high sensitivity for propane (C3H8) and butane (C4H10). Gas leakage system consists of GSM (Global System for mobile communications) module, which warns by sending SMS. However, the former gas leakage system cannot react in time. This project provides the design approach on both software and hardware.
