Leave management system for AIKTC

Abstract
In the existing leave record management system, every college/department follows manual work in which faculty enters their information in a record book. At the end of each month, Administration Department calculates remaining leaves of every member which is a time consuming task and there are chances of losing data or errors in the records. This module is a leave management system that is critical for Human Resource tasks and keeps the record of vital information regarding working hours and leaves. In this module, Head of Department (HOD) will have permissions to look after data of every faculty member of their department. HOD can approve leave through this application and can view leave information of every employee. This application can be used in a colleges to reduce processing work load. Leave management application will reduce paperwork and maintain record of the leaves in a more efficient and systematic way.
