In this new era of drug development, the most of the drugs which are Emerging in the market are synthetic one, having a variety of adverse Effects on different body organs mainly on liver. Since These drugs are synthetically prepared they have a high market price, to Overcome such difficulties there is the need for a substance that is Efficacious and abundantly available. The traditional medicine all across the world is Praised due to extensive activity of research on plant species and their therapeutic effect. When a formulation contains two or more herbs then the formulation is known as polyherbal formulation’. Nowadays, a large number of population suffers from disease related to liver for which the cause is unknown. So the development of hepatoprotective drug having huge demand has drawn the attention of researchers to formulate a herbal formulation with no side effects, as the synthetic drugs itself leads to various toxicity problems. The present study was aimed to formulate a polyherbal Tablet having antihepatotoxic effect and analysis of tablet is done by invivo. Our scientific research-based study has been planned on the zebrafish Model, as zebrafish embryos are transparent it allows study of internal organs [3]. Zebrafishes are mostly used as an in-vivo model for the screening of drugs because of its rapid organogenesis.en_US
