    Artificial intelligence and machine learning models are mathematical algorithms trained using specific data and human expert input to replicate a decision, which would be made by a human when provided with that same information. Furthermore, computer vision will be the predominant part of our project. Computer vision is a field of artificial intelligence (A.I.) that allows computers and systems to obtain meaningful information from images, videos, and other visual inputs and make changes or provide suggestions based on that information. If artificial intelligence allows computers to think, then computer vision allows them to see, observe and comprehend. It works similarly to human vision. The system is designed and developed to reduce accident rates in the workplace. This technique will increase system efficiency in reducing accident rates, increasing the safety of operators and machines. This proposed system uses OpenCV libraries, deep-learning algorithms, and python programming language. It has various detection modes like apron detection, which ensures operators dressed code, machine components detection that ensures operation safety, and operator safety. Whenever an unsafe action occurs, or the operator does not follow safety rules, it is detected by the algorithm, sensed by the camera, which will trigger an alarm, ultimately lowering the risk of accidents.

    Windows evaporative cooler

    Window evaporative cooler is an efficient and effective solution for conditioning a confined space or area where many aspects of air-conditioning are taken into consideration also keeping the cost budget friendly and environment friendly. In locations having high dry bulb temperatures and low relative humidity such as deserts application of evaporative coolers is highly effective and for places with humid weather conditions slight modification of cooler is needed to serve the purpose of cooling and dehumidifying the air. Evaporative coolers generally consist of wood-wool pads as evaporative surfaces and are bulky in size. The requirement of size reduction in urban developments is high and with growing air pollution and airborne diseases proper filtration is a must. So, bringing in modification of a filter system to the traditional cooler systems is necessary as health should be the first priority. And moving forward to make most of the renewable resources of energy; in this case solar panels for electricity generation making, it eco-friendly.

    Design and fabrication of stair climber trolley

    This project aims at developing a mechanism for easy transportation of heavy loads over stairs. The need for such a system arises from day-to-day requirements in our society. Devices such as hand trolleys are used to relieve the stress of lifting while on flat ground; however, these devices usually fail when it comes to carrying the load over short fleet of stairs. In the light of this, the project attempts to design a stair climbing hand cart which can carry heavy objects up the stairs with less effort compared to carrying them manually. It also endeavors to study the commercial viability and importance of such a product. Several designs were conceived that would allow a non-industrial hand trolley to travel over stairs, curbs, or uneven terrain while reducing the strain on the user. In our project, the trolley is equipped with Tri-Star wheels which enable us to carry load up and down the stairs. It also eases the movement of trolley in irregular surfaces like holes, bumps, etc.

    Space-saving furniture design is prevalent in our daily lives and businesses, taking into consideration that the average living space of people in the world’s major cities is shrinking. Amidst the rising cost of living, the demands for economical and transformable space-saving furniture are increasing. With rapid increase in smart homes market, increasing demand for small and studio apartments, foldable furniture market is growing every day. Keeping that in mind, we had to customize the table so it can be used for space saving and automation purpose. Strength, light weight, Cost effectiveness, Voice control and space saving were our basic considerations throughout the design the table. Wood was selected as an appropriate material for design of the table because of its properties such as lustre, odour, texture, grain, figure, weight, and hardness and the links are made up of aluminium because of its advantageous properties such as strength, lightness, corrosion resistance, formability and durability. The folding table mechanism is based on Planar quadrilateral linkage, 4R linkages have four rotating joints. One link of the chain is usually fixed, and is called the fixed link. The two links connected to the frame are called the grounded links and are generally the input and output links of the system. The last link is the floating link, which is also called a coupler or connecting rod because it connects an input to the output. The table is equipped with 2 servo motors to link the parts and bring table movement. Arduino, an open-source computer hardware and software is applied to control the robotic arm by driving servo motors using Bluetooth module HC-05 which is used for Voice control and is capable to modify the position of the table. All the impact and stresses were calculated by considering the working conditions and the design was analysed on the software. After the complete inspection of design in all modes of failure the design was finalized and a prototype was fabricated.

    An electric wire cutting machine is a technology dealing with the application of mechatronics, and computers to produce goods and services. Automation is broadly classified into manufacturing automation, and services automation. The company mainly manufactures screw caps, glass bottles, aluminum containers & canisters, two-toned caps for spray bottles, attar bottle caps, R.O.P.P caps, tin containers, tin caps, tin container components, rings, and collars, etc for making all these components blanking, coining, curling, cut off, extruding, morning, piercing, shaving, trimming, slagging and compound operations are used. Punching is done by a punch press which changes the shape of metal to form and cut it. As metal is passed through the press, it is cut and formed to pre-set shapes. During sheet metal forming, two different parts may be used. One part is called the punch. It performs the stretching and bending or blanking operation, while the other part is called the die block. It securely clamps the workpiece and provides similar stretching bending or blanking operations. A workpiece may go through several stages using different tools and operations to obtain the final form. Sometimes a shearing operation may come after the main forming is done and sometimes additional crimping or rolling operation.

    A solar powered charging station is designed so that devices can be charged outdoors and in an environmentally friendly way. This system converts solar energy to electricity and stores it in a battery bank.The primary reason why people don’t prefer electric vehicles is because of the unavailability of charging stations. Charging stations, unlike petrol bunks, aren’t available everywhere. There always exists a fear as to what might happen if the vehicle runs out of battery. People are worried about more straightforward and faster commuting methods in our country rather than saving the Earth from the ill effects caused by pollution. The project mainly deals with a simple solution to make charging stations more accessible. The solution involves using public electricity and solar panels for the easy and hassle-free charging of Electric Vehicle. The potential need for electric vehicles charging station and infrastructure and it’s challenges for the India scenario are studied.Further more Understanding the topic And searching the location of the charging station and preparing algorithm according to requirement is presented Key word : electric vehicles ,charging station, grid energy, solar energy.

    The Toothbrush has been an integral part of a daily routine across many cultures around the world in the 21st century. Numerous types of toothbrushes have been developed over time. A toothbrush is used to clean the teeth, gums, and tongue. Around 99% of toothbrushes in the world are made from plastic. While plastics have many valuable uses, humans have developed a dependence on disposable plastic, which has a serious impact on the environment. Half of all plastic produced is intended to be used once and then discarded. Plastic garbage has become so pervasive in the natural world that it has devolved into the trash and has had far-reaching consequences. Observing the current environmental consequences, it is necessary to make environmentally friendly toothbrushes. This project aims to replace plastic with biodegradable materials which can decompose in nature without ruining the environment. During the current state of the world, the project focus to make biodegradable toothbrush body from waste and bristle from bioplastic and encourages activities to make use of biodegradable material making and using.

    Design and manufacturing of portable, compact and efficient hydrogen reactor

    Hydrogen reactors (also called hydrogen electrolysers) available today are mostly focused on the large-scale industrial level production of hydrogen requiring huge capital expenditure to setup and operate also the skilled person to operate the complex process which is time consuming and lengthy process. No such viable reactors are present for small scale use that everyday people can incorporate into their use cases efficiently and at low costs. In this Project the design and fabrication work of two low cost and efficient reactors is manufactured, with low cost and at cheaper rate of gas production as compared to market rate of production of hydrogen gas at same price. Low share of hydrogen production for everyday applications is due to cost ineffectiveness, high maintenance, low durability and stability of the reactors produced at such low-price points. This overall work of all the researches, product & considering the design parameters are kept in mind towards achieving the goal of fabricating hydrogen reactors for everyday applications and at the same time keeping the costs as low as possible with better efficiency and safety features so even low unskilled worker can operate and produce the hydrogen gas for any purpose of industrial or commercial scale.

    Today’s world is moving towards greener and cleaner environment. But for achieving this milestone humans need to control pollution which is increasing day by day in our surrounding and making our environment bad impacted and a worst place to live in. Among many forms of pollution aroused due to human desires for a luxurious lifestyle, there is water pollution which affects us in many ways. Specifically, the choking of drainage and blocking of drainage due to stuffs which were of no use to humans after getting unwrapped or undressed, are mostly creating distraction in flow of drainage water easily and getting eliminated at its planned end. Some of the stuffs which blocks the drainage are plastic bottles, milk packets, chips and biscuits packets and also many more in the list which are similar to them and also heavier for water to take them with the flow as they gather at some end and blocks the gutter. This choking basically give rise to people residing nearby and also many of the trespassers get badly affected by the chokings and blocking of drainages. These blocking of drainages become main source of flood to enter cities from sea shore easily as they didn’t get room to flow from underground pipes. Those pipes were initially blocked by the plastic wastes and stuffs people throw in the gutters. The flood water which gets rises during flood will now directly enter to residential areas and can enter in houses of people living in low lying areas. Sometimes the water from the gutters come out on the roads and streets and also on the foot paths sometimes which becomes hurdle for people to pass by. To get rid of this problem and to get a cleaner and way smoother drainage, the design of drainage sewage cleaner machine has been done. Some of the modification for making this machine automated are also done to minimize human interaction with the machine which will consequently protect humans from diseases and gases from the gutters.

    Injection molding technology has been in development for almost 150 years. Injection molding is a molding technology that melts the material with the aid of a screw and an external heating device and then injects it into a mold to form the corresponding product as the mold cools. At present, many types of materials can be used to mold products by injection molding. Many requirements and problems in the processing of different materials have also caurs ed the birth of many molding processes. At present, injection molding has been applied in many fields, from daily necessities that are closely related to our lives to parts and components in the aerospace field. At present, injection molding still faces the challenges of processing new materials, and the continuous improvement of the existing equipment technology is required for the continuous development of injection molding. Injection molding is the fabrication process which is the most widely used for polymeric. This paper describes Injection molding process in detail along with its process parameters and their effects on the molding component. Runner system is playing a significant role in the quality of the molded part. Every injection molding method works when a plastic substance flows from the sprue of the runner system, through a gate into the mould cavity. Runner system is of two types, Hot runner and cold runner system, both having some advantages and disadvantages of each. It has been observed that although hot runner gives better quality of the product, many of the industries use cold runner due to the high cost and complexity of the design.

    Plastic injection mould design

    Everyone knows the importance of using plastic material product. It is economical, recyclable and easily available in the market. Use of metal material leads to increase the cost, weight and transportation. Therefore we design injection moulding die by considering each and every aspect of mould designing. First we start learning 2D sketches with fully constraint. After that we learn product design by considering perfect design, material, easy of human use. After learning 2D sketches and product design we started learning mould desin. In which first we learned simple mould like two plate mould with ejector pin, 3plate mould with stripper ejection core side moving cavity side moving, finally we learned split mould of mug. We design split mould by considering easy removal, cost reducing, life of mould and machining operation of mould. This project help us to learning start to end of product design and mould design.

    Hybrid solar dryer for manufacturing of resins

    Solar Drying Technology is used since years in different parts of the world. Depending upon the weather conditions there is variation in use of the solar dryers. For Example in countries/ regions where there are winter season throughout the year and there is no availability of sunlight solar dryers are not applicable. There are mainly two types of solar dryers i.e. Direct and Indirect type Solar dryer. In this project we designed an Indirect type Solar dryer which works in Active mode (forced circulation) for the circulation of heated air which is used for the purpose of drying of food products. The main parts of the solar dryer are collector (Area where heat is collected through solar radiations) and chamber (Area where food products to be dried are stored). The main objective of this project was to design a solar dryer using hybrid technology which can help in continuous drying even when there is no availability of sunlight and for achieving this, we used heating element which we controlled through a light sensor which helps to increase the efficiency of the drying process. The light sensor sense the brightness of the environment and operates heating element during the dark. Fans used for circulation works on a battery which stores charge from the solar panel. The temperature inside the drying chamber can be monitored on the lcd display paired with a temperature sensor which gives reading in Celsius. For the Automation of our project, we used Arduino Uno R3 which contains a microcontroller to store the program by making use of Arduino software.

    Design and construction of feul theft detection system in automobile

    Now a day's all world become digital so that we can easily deal with real time system. At same time digital fuel meter which is implemented in recent vehicle system has drawback that is actual fuel present in fuel tank of bike is not shown in term of digits instead shown in terms of bar or deflecting needle. Due to this we did not get idea about actual fuel present in fuel tank of bike it only shows the level of fuel present in fuel tank. Sometimes customer fill fuel from petrol filling pump they filled the petrol in digitally but in our vehicle, there is no digital system there is bar or deflection needle system. The figure shows the existing fuel meter in bikes and cars. But it cannot give the accurate value of fuel filled, so the petrol filling pump owner is cheated on customer but customer do not know about cheating due to existing fuel metering system. All benefit goes to the petrol filling pump owner so that they many times cheated with customer. To solve this problem, we developed a system of digital fuel meter that indicate value of fuel in digits such as 1lits, 1.5lits, 2lits etc. The digital fuel meter is applicable for all type of vehicles like car and bikes etc.

    Design and fabrication of cnc plasma cutting machine

    With high speed of technology development, Plasma CNC machine plays an important role in industry, as it can cut any metal using only compressed air ignited at high voltage and high frequency. The cut is fast, clean and highly accurate. This report shows how plasma CNC machine was built step by step. Plasma CNC machine contains several parts: plasma unit, controller circuit, CNC table and software. Plasma unit generates the plasma torch which can cut the metals. Controller circuit controls the stepper motors using micro stepping method. This method has high accuracy control. CNC table design and analysis was performed by Autodesk Inventor software. CNC table contains three axes Y-axis, X-axis, Z-axis which move using rods and rails as linear motion system. It is strong and stable. Plasma trace Software was used to convert images to G-code that will be loaded to ARDUINO software and arduino will send commands to controller circuit by parallel port to move the axes.     Improvisation of zip cutting machine

    With the daily use of the traditional zip cutting machine we got an idea to make it automated. Earlier using the machine required a great humaneffort,manpower, time and there was also a high risk of accidents while using the machine so we decided to make it automated which will not only reduce all this thing but also it will increase the productivity. To make it automated we made auto feeding and cutting system with the help of arduino which reduced the human effort to a great extent. This helped to increase the productivity,accuracy,and reduce labour cost. Due to this the cost of the final product also got reduced and increased the profit margin. In this way we tried to make a effective solution for the problem by making it automatic.

    The oil and gas field deals with various processes such as refining, chemical mixings and blending, liquefaction, purification, storage of fluids and chemicals under stipulated pressure and temperature requires boilers, tubes and pipes, heat exchanger pressure vessels, etc. These have been a very important part of technical and technological systems such as chemical and reactive processes in Oil and gas field. This project work deals with a detailed Design and Analysis of Floating Head Heat Exchanger taken as a problem definition from client Al Hammra – U.A.E. A detailed design of various parts of vessels like shell, closure, 55 support, flanges, nozzles etc. Design is carried according to rules of ASME code section VIII; Division I. The ASME is an American Society of Mechanical Engineers that regulates the design and construction of boilers and pressure vessels. The BPVC is a standard that provides rules for the design, fabrication and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels. Code provides rules that permit the use of materials and alternative methods of construction that are not covered by existing BPVC rules. The analytical design as per client Al Hammra – U.A.E design data and general notes have been analyzed and validated using Software tools such as PV-elite, Compress or ANSYS, and detailed modelling using AutoCAD tool. It also deals with the study of various parts like flanges, support etc. Various methods of fabrication and testing such as LPT, RT, and Hydro Test are also included.

    India is currently facing energy crisis with its major dependency on coal, crude oil imports to meet sharply growing energy needs of producing energy by renewable sources .the compound annual growth rate for wind generation has been 11.39 percent between 2010 and 2022 .In recent years demand of energy has seen a rise in development of alternative energy sources such as wind power, solar power and water power. Wind being one of the most abundant and easily available sources is an excellent alternative to conventional energy sources. However the use of wind energy is increasing day by day wind turbines are gaining popularity in the fields of electricity generation. Vertical axis of wind turbine represent a very promising future for wind power generation. The stress induced due to turbulence on the surface of hybrid vertical axis wind turbine is low as compared to normal vertical axis wind turbine. Portability, and development cost is low this is an important factor to adopt vertical axis wind turbine, can be used for residential place as well as for personal use. Thus hybrid vertical axis wind turbine represent a unique technique of power generation. Hybridization involves integrating two or more turbines to increase in efficiency thus the concept of Hybrid vertical axis wind arose which is the base of the whole project. Hybrid vertical axis wind turbine are environment friendly structure that convert the kinetic energy in to electrical power .by reducing 80% of cost it is considered as the cheapest type of renewable energy source due to increase in demand in urban as well as in residential areas.

    Development and analysis of advanced engineering material for thermal management in the vehicle cabin

    In the context of present day, the unpleasant environment in vehicle cabin due to heated trapped air after parking the car in an open sun is the major challenge in this automotive world. It is very important that the cabin space of vehicle should be in a condition to provide better driving comfort to the driver. But the problem that is faced by many car users today is very hot cabin space after certain minutes or hours of parking in open or un-shaded parking area. Conventional cooling systems with natural and forced convection methods are there but they have their own limitations to meet the required performance. Hence, this project is being concentrated in this direction to make effective designs of thermal management systems in the vehicle cabin. The concept of thermal management has gained paramount importance among researchers and industrialists, as it directly affects the system performance. In this project we have make advanced material using phase change material(PCM) technology for cabin to maintain the thermal instability in the cabin space. We have selected neopentyl glycol as a pcm with polypropylene which can be use as a material for cabin containment objects such as dashboards, side panels, consoles, etc. We have did thermal study on this advanced material and conclude positive results at the end.     Design and analysis of magneto-rheological damper system for general purpose

    A semi- active control based on the magneto rheological (MR) damper is presented. The system includes four key parts: a rack and pinion mechanism, linear permanent magnet DC generator, a current adjustment MR damper, and control circuit. Semi active control devices have received significant attention in recent years because they offer the adaptability of active control devices without requiring the associated large power sources. Magneto rheological (MR) dampers are semi active control devices that use MR fluids to produce controllable dampers. The advantage of MR dampers is over conventional dampers are they are simple in construction, compromise between high frequency isolation and natural frequency isolation, they offer semi-active control, have very quickly response. Magneto rheological fluids controllable fluids belonging to the class of active materials that have a unique ability to change the dynamic to change dynamic yield stress when acted upon by an electric or magnetic field, while maintaining viscosity relatively constant. This property can be utilised in MR damper where the damping force is changed by changing the rheological properties of fluid magnetically. The objective of the project to study the application of MR damper to vibration control, design the vibration damper using MR fluids, test and evaluate its performance.
